Born in the Paris region, Arnaud Collin has always been passionate, present from an early age in the family kitchen. At 16, he decided to follow a culinary course in Paris. He then perfected his skills alongside the tenors of the profession (Le Squer, Piège, Durichon, Ravin).
Falling in love with Provence, it is in the Carré d'Or of Nice that Arnaud Collin decides to open his establishment. He welcomes you to his restaurant L'Alchimie, the perfect harmony between homemade cuisine with Mediterranean accents and a warm setting, conducive to moments of sharing.
